When deliberating our distillery’s name, we wanted the magic of Macau to shine through. To achieve this, we took the Mandarin phonetic sounding of the word Macau – Aomén – and added a tot of imagination with a splash of creativity. The result?

If spoken in any part of Macau, this might just be mistaken as the city’s namesake! Each of our premium dry gins are made with our city’s floral emblem – the lotus flower.
